Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lamazani Smoking Supplies. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you have questions, contact us at the store email or phone before ordering.
1. Processing time
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UAE public holidays).
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
- If an item is out of stock or requires additional compliance checks (e.g., age verification for vape products, special handling for batteries), processing may take up to 7–14 business days. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
2. Age verification and legal compliance
- Vaping products and accessories are age-restricted. By ordering from our store you confirm you are at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your emirate/country, whichever is higher).
- Orders may require identity/age verification before shipment. Failure to provide acceptable ID will delay or cancel the order and may result in refund less any fees.
3. Shipping regions & restrictions
- We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.
- We cannot ship products to jurisdictions where vaping products are prohibited or require special import permits. If your address falls under such restrictions, we will cancel the order and refund you.
4. Shipping methods & delivery times
- Standard Shipping (within UAE): 2–5 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping (within UAE): 1–2 business days after processing.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
5. Shipping costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, order weight, and delivery address.
- Free standard shipping may be offered for orders above a specified cart value — details will be displayed on the store and at checkout.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are included for domestic UAE deliveries. For export orders (if offered in future), the recipient may be responsible for import duties and taxes.
6. Batteries and Dangerous Goods
- Some vape devices contain lithium-ion batteries and require special handling and documentation. These items may have restrictions on shipping method and carrier.
- If your order contains batteries or battery-powered devices, we will select a compliant shipping method. This may increase shipping cost or processing time.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing prohibited items or shipments that cannot be safely or legally transported.
7. Order tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. If tracking shows no movement after a reasonable time, contact us and we will investigate.
8. Failed delivery & returns to sender
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal by recipient, returned parcels will incur return shipping fees and restocking charges (if applicable).
- We will contact you to arrange re-shipment once the parcel is returned. Additional shipping fees must be paid before re-shipment.
9. Damaged or missing items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours to our support email with photos and order number.
- We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
10. Cancellations & refunds
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- If you request cancellation after shipment, standard return procedures apply; return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
11. Wholesale orders / bulk shipments
- Wholesale customers should contact our sales team for shipping terms, pricing, and lead times. Bulk orders may have extended processing times and different shipping arrangements (e.g., pallet shipments).
